Jester's License
This document entitles the registered bearer the following rights:
o To clown around, make merry, play the fool, joke, jape, jeer, jest, prance and caper.
o To provide music or song for any public occasion (bard's clause)
o To provide romance, erotic, and prurient interest to any situation (troubador's clause)
o To pretend to any fiction as if it is the truth
o Public oration whenever and wherever the occasion demands
o To heap scorn and ridicule of any sort on the individuals or topics at hand
o To beat and chastise those who obstruct any of the above pursuits
The bearer is not to be obstructed or detained in any way, but
provided whatever assistance your office offers.
